<p>소액결제 현금화는 제품권, 게임 아이템 등을 결제한 잠시 뒤 인증번호 등 아이디어를 업체에 넘기면 수수료를 떼고 당장 현금을 지급하는 것을 말한다. ‘급전이 필요한 학생들이 대부분 이용하는데, 실상은 고금리 대출에 사기 확률이 높아 아이디어통신망법상 불법으로 규정하고 있을 것이다.</p>
